As a BigLaw corporate M&A lawyer, my skills and expertise were dedicated to helping big businesses get even bigger. While training and experience I gained was robust and instrumental to my career, I saw firsthand how little that world served the founders and entrepreneurs driving today’s culture and solving tomorrow's problems. I wanted to diverge from traditional law practice into a space that celebrated creativity and innovation, and shared my passion for tech, film, comedy, music, and art.
